Organic Coconut Crystal Sugar
Organic coconut crystal sugar is produced from the sap of cut flower buds of the coconut tree. Organic coconut crystal sugar is made by boiling the collecting sap until it thickens with organic coconut oil. After thicken, it is grinded and then sieving until fine powder. After this process, it is dehydrated by machine, then packing by food grade packaging. It is free from physical, biological, and chemical contamination. The coconut tree are cultivated in Purbalingga, Central Java, Indonesia .
Organic coconut crystal sugar can be used in any of the foods and drinks you would use white sugars. When cooking or backing, you can use organic coconut sugar as a 1 : 1 replacement for white sugar. Regarding to shipping the organic coconut crystal sugar , using refer container or dry container.
